Bollyrobics is a new kind of workout. Indian dance elements from well-known Bollywood movies are combined with vigorous, sexy choreography. It combines coordination, strength and stamina with a large amount of sensuality.

Each of the 3 dances are introduced by a detailed step-by-step program, while a warm-up and cool-down shapes the workout!

Please note: one of the dances is best done with a scarf of veil. We’re currently the only remaining retailer of the Official 100% Silk Hand-tumbled Bollyrobics veils left in the U.S., and we don’t have many left (under 20 of each color).
